Mar 05,  · Late 70's was a peak disco time period: when life was the music, the lights, the dancefloor.. all beautiful shiny people. A remarkable disco live album big thanks to Casablanca records and Giorgio Moroder for producing this wonderful magical voice of American disco diva recorded live at the Universal Amphitheatre, Los Angeles, California/5().

Donna Summer was masterful in the way she engaged the audience in her performances and this CD delivers some of her finest earlier hits! Although I have always felt that there was a lot of repetition of songs from album release to album release, this CD is a MUST HAVE for the Donna Summer fan/5(56).

The Japanese SHM-CD issue of Donna Summer's "Live & More" album is the first time this album has truly been available on CD. The Polygram CD issued in contains only the live concert portion of the original album and replaces the "more" ("MacArthur Park Suite") with "Theme from "The Deep" (Down Deep Inside)", this was done because, at the time, CDs could hold no more that 74 minutes of music/5(85).
