Profile: Ripchord are Records' second major band out of the traps. Ripchord is fronted by singer, songwriter and rhythm guitarist Phil Wallbank, bassist Beal, Roz at 18, who attacks the drums, and co-writer and co-founder Sulli, 20, who handles lead guitar and backing vocal duties.

The second single, Backstabber, was released on CD and limited edition vinyl. It was recorded at Parr Street Studios in Liverpool and was mixed by James Lewis at Livingstone Studios in London. Ripchord received glowing reviews from the NME about this single, calling it ‘the best riff this week by far’.Genres: Indie rock.
